    Before our session, I spend time in meditation, connecting with your energy and working with your spirit guides and ancestors. From this space, I receive guidance around the energetic blocks, opportunities, patterns, and questions currently surrounding you.

  • THE EXPERIENCE

    In our session, I’ll share the guidance and messages that came through during my meditation, using my notes to guide us. You might not always hear what you were expecting, but the guidance that comes through is offered in service of your highest good and the path unfolding for you. You’re welcome to ask questions throughout and share what you’re experiencing as we explore the messages together.

    Every session is recorded so you can return to the guidance whenever you need it.

  • THE OUTCOME

    By the end of our session, you’ll feel more grounded, clear, and supported in your energy. You’ll have a deeper understanding of what is currently moving through your life, what needs your focus, and the guidance available to you as you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
